What are the financial requirements for a UK Student Visa from Pakistan?

You must show course fees plus living costs — for 2025 that is roughly £1,483/month for London (up to 9 months) and £1,136/month elsewhere. Funds should sit in your bank account, or your sponsor’s, for at least 28 consecutive days before you apply.

Most Kaplan programmes start at any level — including absolute beginner. For UK Student Visa applications you usually need IELTS UKVI 5.5+ overall, and 6.0–6.5 for direct university entry. Kaplan’s IELTS Preparation programme includes a free official exam.
You need a Letter of Acceptance from a Designated Learning Institution, proof of funds (tuition + CAD 20,635 per year in living costs), a clean police certificate and biometrics. Decisions for Pakistan are currently taking 8–14 weeks — apply early.
A confirmed admission (or pathway letter), a blocked account of €11,904 for one year of living expenses, valid health insurance, and APS certificate verification of your prior qualifications. The visa is filed at the German Embassy in Islamabad.
Yes — every embassy wants proof you can pay fees and living costs. You can use your own funds, parents’ funds, or an education loan, but the statements must be original, recent (usually last 28 days), and from a recognised Pakistani bank.
